Products Warranty

Silicon Craft warrants the products it sell against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

We will at our discretion,repair or replace any defective products. Return merchandise must be accompany by a R.M.A. number which can be obtained by sending a RMA request to support@siliconcraft.net specifying Customer Name, Address, Invoice Number and description of the problem.
Abuse of any product by subjecting it to conditions outside specified limits, or attempting to repair or modify the product, voids this warranty.

Shipping Policy

We ship our products worldwide via Fedex or DHL. Transit time to USA and Canada is typically 2-4 days. Shipping transit time rarely exceed 1 week to the rest of the world.

We offer fixed shipping rate for customers from USA,Canada,Australia,New Zealand and South Korea. Surcharge may be applicable for other destination and will be billed separately. Typically shipment to major Europe cities cost less than USD 20.00 for small package up to 1 kg.

Please input the shipping address carefully as we'll imposed USD10.00 for rerouting.

We will ship the products within 48 Hours after the order confirmation (Monday to Friday). Order placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Tracking number will be email to you after we made the shipment.

Customize Design

We do customize products as per your requirement. Specification must written clearly and agree by both parties. We may or may not charge for customization depending on the complexity of the modification.

Payment Method

We accept Credit Card for orders up to USD300. Payment can be made through Paypal.
